The journey to creating Lyft Fitness started with humble beginnings. We began with outdoor bootcamps in the courtyard, setting up equipment every morning and building our community from the ground up. The success of those bootcamps helped us grow, eventually leading to the opening of our penthouse gym, which we’ve proudly operated for the last 8 years.

In addition to coaching, I am an avid Brazilian jiu-jitsu athlete. The discipline and movement required in BJJ mirror my philosophy of continuous growth and balance.
